So, this is Nubar Black Polka Dot over Essie- Armed & Dangerous. I absolutely LOVE this combination. I wore this for a good week before it chipped, and I sort of HAD to take it off. I got a ton of compliments from people asking which polish this was. I think this is such a great little layering polish, with a super cute name like Black Polka Dot?! I’m sold. Completely sold. Black Polka Dot is just a clear based layering polish with black hexagonal glitter pieces and itty bitty glitter flecks in there. I also picked up White Polka Dot, which I have on right now over China Glaze- Electric Beat (another amazing combo). Anyway, aside from polish have any of you seen that show on TLC called Extreme Couponing? HOLY MACKEREL those ladies know how to coupon their hearts out. It seems ridiculous to me that stores actually let them do that, and the fact that these people have stockpiles of crap in their garage seems a little over the top to me. I mean, I’m all about having backups of items, such as toilet paper, mouthwash, toothpaste, that kind of stuff, but having hundreds of bottles of mouthwash as “backup” seems a little ridiculous to me. I wish someone would teach me how to coupon. Coupon usage somehow suckers me into spending more =[ I wish they would teach me their ways!!!!

I have had both the black and white Nubar polka dots…I so have enjoyed them. When I get boarded with a polish and it's still in good shape but I want to change it up, I reach for toppers that are sheer, see through with a clear base if possible. I always get fun compliments when I use either black or white Nubar polka dots. it's a hit with me!

I really need to find a black "glitter" polish (like this one or WnW Tangled in My Web). This is a great combo!! I'd love to do the whole coupon thing but I think it would take a huge amount of time and I'd rather be doing something else (like my nails and reading your blog).
