OYYYYYY this color is RIGHT up my alley. I love this color SO much. Thank you ladies at Ball Beauty! This is a lovely toned down purple with smidgens of grey in it. LOVE. So perfect for this yucky weather we’ve been experiencing in LA. I used two coats and it’s wearing like iron right now. I’ve had this on for about a week or so. I don’t want to take it off… ever. =[ Alright... for my more random news. It's already my fourth week of my OB rotation and man, part of this rotation makes me glad I got to see all of this kind of stuff before having any kids of my own, and the other part of me wonders how I'm ever going to overcome what I've seen and have kids. HAHA. I guess that's the beauty of life as they say. Onto other NON gross stuff, I can't believe it's already the end of February. This year is flying by so fast, and it needs to slow down. We get a leap year this year so that's kinda cool. I don't think I know anyone whose birthday falls on the 29th of February. I'm always curious as to how they celebrate? Before or after, and what happens for your 21st birthday? Can you buy alcohol on the 28th? or do you have to wait until March 1st?

just bought this Friday and put it on yesterday. not really wearing like iron, though. i'm using seche for my top coat. what do you use?
REALLY????! I wore mine for literally a week straight. I use Seche for my top coat too. Do you usually use Seche? Sometimes Seche doesn't work for some people….
i've just started using a few weeks – maybe a month ago? per your recommendation..
i LOVE how fast it dries and for the most part, haven't had that much trouble with it. i've always struggled with chips, even before seche. but for some reason this one is worse than when I'm wearing an OPI color. I redid 5 of the nails Sunday night and today I'm starting to see wear at the top of almost all and 1 or 2 tiny chips. 
maybe my expectation were too high!
HMMM that's so odd. Mine was fine! And I'm sure you're still using your typical base coat prior to application… hmmm I wonder what's causing it. Does other Essie polishes do that too? Or just this one in particular?
This is my first time using an Essie color, though i have used the Essie Matte several times and it chips RIGHT away, so i don't use it too much. I just bought Essie' s Demure Vixen… we'll see how that goes.
FYI – I use OPI's base coat.
